Our Silent Retreats run over a weekend, giving time to really settle into the peace and quiet of the Centre’s spiritual environment. Silent Retreats are a great way to have a true break from the busyness of life. Clear your mind, relax your body, and settle your energy. Then bring all that you’ve received back into life!
Delicious vegetarian food is offered buffet style. Cozy up by the fire in the winter. Dip your feet into the outdoor swimming pool in summer.

Space to Receive
Gather together for meditation morning & evening, and use the meditation room anytime throughout the retreat for stillness, contemplation & prayer. The beautiful gardens at the Centre vibrate with joy even more so on retreat. There is a spacious yoga room for resting and stretching.

Give yourself much-need time and space to clear your mind and energy from the chaos and busyness of the world.

Retreats are a time for you to be with yourself, following your intuition to get exactly what you need. Enjoy your time:

The Silent Retreat Schedule
- Arrive on a Saturday morning at 9.30 am to get settled in
- There will be a Retreat Introduction at 10 am
- We meet for meditation at 6 am and 7.30 pm
- Breakfast is a light, self-serve buffet
- Lunch is at 1.00
- Dinner is at 5.30
- Meals can be taken away to eat when/where you wish
- We gather to close the retreat with guidance on taking the peace with you
- The retreat finishes on the Monday morning following an 8.30 breakfast
(guests who need to leave on the Sunday night of course may do so)
This all-inclusive 2 night retreat is $280 shared and $320 single.
While most guests wish to have their own space on retreat, the shared option is available for guests who are coming with someone they know and are happy to share a room with.
